Yes, we do. Besides standard lengths, we also provide custom cut-to-length services to help customers save on materials, transportation, and assembly costs.
Generally, a 30% advance payment is required, with the balance due before shipment. For large orders, we also accept sight letters of credit.
For in-stock PC steel strands and pipes, it usually takes 3-5 working days. For non-stock items, we will coordinate with the customer’s requirements and our production schedule. Typically, black steel pipes take about 25 days, and galvanized pipes take around 35 working days.
The duration varies depending on the destination port. For example, shipping to Southeast Asia takes approximately 5-10 days while to South America and the Pacific will take about one month
Generally, our minimum order quantity is 10 tons. If you plan to place a trial order, please contact us, and we can accommodate your needs.
FAQs About the Products
ERW pipes are welded using high current that melts the steel itself, forming an imperceptible weld seam, unlike traditional welded pipes which have visible and tangible seams.
ERW tubes are made by rolling steel strips into pipe shapes and welding them using high-frequency induction. The internal and external beads are cut off, and the internal bead is removed with high-pressure air.
Seamless pipes are made by extruding metal to the desired length without seams, whereas ERW pipes are manufactured by longitudinally welding steel pieces.
The manufacturing process and application fields of rectangular tubes are continuously expanding and innovating. Future developments will focus on thinner, lighter, higher strength tubes with advanced surface treatments for better corrosion resistance and aesthetics.
Galvanized steel pipes are coated with a layer of zinc to prevent corrosion, formed by dipping the steel pipes into molten zinc, creating a metallurgical bond. This protective zinc layer makes them suitable for outdoor or harsh environments.
Galvanized pipes have excellent corrosion resistance, preventing rust in moist environments and resisting acid and alkali corrosion. They are strong, durable, and provide long-term use with enhanced pressure and wear resistance.
An oil coating tube has a special layer of oil on its surface, reducing surface friction, lowering energy consumption, minimizing noise pollution, and protecting the pipe from corrosion and wear, extending its lifespan.
The oil coating reduces friction, forms a protective outer layer to prevent environmental gases and moisture from corroding the steel surface, and protects the pipe from wear and scratches.
Clean the steel surface of oil, rust, and dust, and ensure it is dry and clean to improve paint adhesion. Generally, apply two coats of paint and add a drying agent to speed up drying.
Pre-galvanized steel pipes have a zinc coating applied before pipe manufacturing, offering excellent corrosion resistance and aesthetics. They are widely used in construction, transportation, machinery, chemicals, and power industries.
Pre-galvanized pipes have strong corrosion resistance due to the zinc coating, a smooth and bright appearance, and can be directly installed without additional anti-corrosion treatment.
Seamless steel pipes have high strength, hardness and tensil ability. They can withstand high pressure and weight, have excellent processing performance, and provide high safety in complex, high-temperature environments.
Seamless steel pipes are crucial for transporting fluids like oil, natural gas, and water, and are used in making mechanical parts like automobiles, tractors, and machine tools, as well as chemical equipment, pipelines, and valves.
Prestressing steel strands are used in bridge construction to provide pre-tensioning stress, enhancing the stability and durability of bridges. They are also used in slope stabilization, post-tensioning, and pre-tensioning concrete projects, lifting operations, and nuclear power projects.
Made of high-strength steel wires, prestressing steel strands are several times stronger than regular steel wires. They have stable pre-tensioning, flexibility, and ease of installation, making them ideal for concrete structures. Value-added services of galvanizing or protection sleeve are also available for prestressing steel strands for enhanced corrosion resistance.
